Honor X50i Overview
Design and Display
In order to give this smartphone a boxy appearance, Honor gave it flat sides. Due to the texture that resembles feathers on the back, the design is particularly appealing. Additionally, at 7.48mm thick and 179g in weight, it is rather thin and light. This smartphone is available in the following four hues: Magic Night Black, Apricot Flower Feather, Willow Wind, and Blue. A 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate is located up front.
Performance
Under the hood, this mid-range smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset. This is an octa-core CPU with 2 Cortex-A76 (@2.2 GHz) and 6 Cortex-A55 (@2.0 GHz). The graphics have an integrated Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
Additionally, the chipset is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS2.2 onboard storage. Honor provided this smartphone pre-installed with Honor MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13.
Cameras
The Honor X50i features two rear cameras on the back, with a 100-megapixel main sensor as the camera’s main lens. A 2MP depth sensor completes the arrangement. On the front, there is an 8 MP sensor. Both the front and back cameras can capture video at a resolution of up to 1080p @ 30 frames per second.

A 4500mAh battery powers the Honor X50i and supports 35W super fast charging. This mid-range smartphone has dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless connectivity. For further security, there includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The new Honor midrange device is available in China for CNY 1,499 for the 8/256GB option and CNY 1,699 for the 12/256GB variant. However, the Honor X50i’s starting price in India is expected to be INR 18,499.
